This is an individual assessment for the collective good. It’s not just about looking inwards; first and foremost, it’s something useful for the group and for the company, with highly practical approaches.

OBJECTIVES OF THE INTERVENTION
Create a “core” group of ambassadors driving the GRF business and its process of change.
Develop each individual’s resilience and agility resources, giving them the means to shape their own change and the company’s growth.
DELIVERY:
Training took place in several phases, both individual and collective. Combining virtual reality, neuroscientific data and group workshops, these phases helped employees to develop a better understanding of how they work and re-engaged the team via a common approach.
Three highlights:
Individual virtual reality experience
To accelerate the development of awareness for each employee
Individual feedback on the data overview
To analyze its behaviors and overcome its challenges
Team seminar
To strengthen bonds and develop key competencies: energy management, innovation, agility and collaboration
"
In the course of this multi-faceted programme, we saw a team emerge, driven by a common goal and shared energy, and aware of the resources at its disposal. This is an exciting shift for dealing with corporate transformation.
I learned a lot, both about myself and the team. About myself, because it’s quite rare to get such in-depth data about yourself, with the added bonus of qualitative guidance from a professional coach. Then the collective perspective with the other members of the management team allowed us to think about the best way to capitalise on this data so that we could make our future plans a reality.
GRF is even stronger when company and employee objectives are aligned with one another. With the help of Open Mind, we were able to combine better individual knowledge with group-based strategy work based on these personal learnings.
