Groupe Revue Fiduciaire ‘hacks’ its transformation by developing the skills of its ambassador talents.
The Omind team worked with Groupe Revue Fiduciaire (GRF) alongside its certified executive coaches Agnès Grisard (An-Dante), Angela Dulisse (Egoprism Talent Management) and Caroline Delannoy, to help a group of 10 ambassador talents strengthen the emotional and cognitive resources required at the forefront of the company’s transformation.
ON THE MENU: better energy management during times of change, enhanced agility, and stronger innovation capabilities to accelerate the organization’s adaptation to its environment!
Context
Two main challenges:

The training experience unfolded over several stages, both individual and collective. By combining virtual reality, neuroscientific data, and group workshops, it enabled participants to better understand their own functioning and helped re-engage the team around a shared dynamic.
