LEO Pharma’s executive committee is strengthening its resilience and agility through neurotechnology.
In partnership with certified executive coach Vincent Dietsch (Latitude45), Omind helped LEO Pharma’s executive committee build new momentum, fostering resilience, agility, innovation, and the co-creation of new ways of collaborating.
Context
Two main challenges:
- A leadership team restructured during COVID that needed to build strong cohesion rapidly in a hybrid work environment.
- The need to support the entire organization through the uncertainty created by the health crisis and the company’s ongoing growth.
The experience had a truly significant impact on the entire team. Being able to connect neuroscience, physical reactions, creativity, and innovation created something incredibly powerful. It helped us better understand how we could become more resilient and more agile as a leadership team when facing uncertain or rapidly changing situations.
Virtual Reality Training for LEO Pharma’s Top Managers
Ten leaders from LEO Pharma France experienced Omind’s virtual reality program, giving them deeper awareness of their strengths and development areas, and helping them spark a new dynamic within the team.

Individual Virtual Reality Assessment for Each Leader
After an initial conversation with executive coach Vincent Dietsch, each participant was immersed in stimulating virtual reality environments while their physiological reactions were objectively measured through sensors and displayed in real time (biofeedback).

Individual Debrief with the Coach
Each participant received an individual feedback from the coach, covering the results of their emotional and cognitive assessment. Thanks to the objective data collected during the virtual reality experience, every leader gained systemic awareness of their operating patterns and the behaviors they needed to develop.

Collective Leadership Seminar
Following the individual debriefs, group workshops were held using anonymized data to create an authentic space for dialogue, where each leader could share their view of how the team operates and the meaning they attach to it. The leaders then worked on energy management, resilience, and navigating uncertainty through collaborative exercises and neuroscientific insights.
Seeing the full power of technology and data put to work for such a human and committed team was truly remarkable.
In a very short time, we made great progress, deep learning, genuine conversations, and a real exploration of the levers we can activate to create more sustainable performance for individuals, the team, and the organization.
It was a real privilege to share this meaningful moment with Karine Duquesne and her leadership team.
