In 2023, global AI investment <strong><span style=\"color: #6c2de8;\">reached $327 billion,<\/span><\/strong> the equivalent of Finland\u2019s GDP\u00b9 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thanks to AI, especially generative AI, it is now possible to create original works of art and musical compositions entirely generated by algorithms, opening new perspectives in areas that were seen as essentially human.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. For Human Resources Managers (HR), talent managers, training managers and managerial development managers, the question that arises is this: should we fear AI in Human Resources or see it as an unprecedented opportunity? According to a study by Boston Consulting Group (BCG)2, generative AI could significantly improve <span style=\"color: #6c2de8;\"><strong>work performance<\/strong><\/span>, avec une augmentation potentielle de <span style=\"color: #6c2de8;\"><strong>10 \u00e0 20 %<\/strong><\/span> de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, et m\u00eame de <span style=\"color: #6c2de8;\"><strong>40%<\/strong><\/span> sur les t\u00e2ches les plus cr\u00e9atives. In recruitment, it allows for a fast and accurate screening of candidates, reducing the recruitment time by an <span style=\"color: #6c2de8;\"><strong>average of 30%,<\/strong><\/span> according to a LinkedIn study1 . In talent management, AI helps <span style=\"color: #6c2de8;\"><strong>identify key skills <\/strong><\/span>needed for the future and plan for succession. When it comes to employee well-being, AI tools analyze data for signs of burn-out and propose preventive interventions. According to a Deloitte 3 study, <span style=\"color: #6c2de8;\"><strong>33%<\/strong><\/span> of large companies are already using AI solutions to <span style=\"color: #6c2de8;\"><strong>improve employee engagement<\/strong><\/span>.    <\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
