&#8216;Women&#8217;s Leadership&#8217;, in partnership with the International Coaching Federation\u00b3 (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.omind.me\/en\/publication-leadership-feminin-myth-or-reality.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Omind Neurotechnologies Study &#8211; ICF France, 2022<\/a><\/strong><\/span>). We found that women project many self-limiting beliefs onto themselves at work, when in fact there is no difference between men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s behavior. We also presented neuroscience-based solutions to break this self-perpetuating circle of representations of &#8216;women&#8217;s leadership&#8217; and fundamentally change the current dynamic.  <\/p>\n<p>What do our new data reveal today?<\/p>\n<p>\n            <b><br \/>\n              <span style=\"color: #6c2de8;\">WOMEN LEADERS ARE MORE FOCUSED ON &#8230; OTHERS! <\/span><br \/>\n            <\/b>\n          <\/p>\n<p>Women leaders are more compassionate towards others than men leaders (<b><span style=\"color: #6c2de8;\">+16 points<\/span><\/b>). They connect more easily with their teams, and are better able to create authentic relationships.
