&#8216;Feminine Leadership&#8217; in partnership with the International Coaching Federation\u00b3 (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.omind.me\/en\/publication-leadership-feminin-myth-or-reality.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Omind Neurotechnologies Study &#8211; ICF France, 2022<\/a><\/strong><\/span>). We found that women project many self-limiting beliefs onto themselves at work, whereas in reality there is no difference between men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s behavior. We also presented neuroscience-based solutions for breaking this self-perpetuating circle of representations of &#8216;female leadership&#8217; and profoundly changing the current dynamic.    <\/p>\n<p>What are we seeing today with our new data?  <\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #f5a623;\">WOMEN MANAGERS ARE MORE FOCUSED ON &#8230; OTHERS!<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Women executives have more compassion for others than men executives (<b><span style=\"color: #f5a623;\">+16 points<\/span><\/b>). They connect more easily with their teams, and are better able to create authentic relationships. We measured that they were much less indifferent to others than their male colleagues (<b><span style=\"color: #f5a623;\">-22.5 points<\/span><\/b>), and were more aware of each other&#8217;s emotions (<b><span style=\"color: #f5a623;\">+10.8 points<\/span><\/b>)\u00b3  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50e7a10e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"50e7a10e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2
