Comment interpr\u00e9ter cette quasi-stagnation de l\u2019occupation des femmes aux postes \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9s ? Women themselves restrain themselves in their day-to-day work (e.g. they hesitate to ask for a pay rise, don&#8217;t dare &#8216;sell&#8217; themselves for a job &#8230;). Unintentionally and often unconsciously, these biases result in behaviors and an environment that discourage and give different direction to female leaders.
