Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility has entrusted Omind with the task of transforming the potential of its talent and managers. Through interactive and immersive day seminars, we designed a tailor-made learning experience, perfectly aligned with their competency model. The result: enhanced soft skills, increased collective impact and post-training impact measurements to ensure optimal management of future training initiatives.
Creation of an expertise channel separate from management to support 14 experts in their new role.
The aim is to strengthen their key practices: influence, situational intelligence, strategic positioning and collaboration, in order to maximize their impact within the organization.
This 3-month 10-hour program has been designed to raise awareness and train talent in behavior skills through a dynamic and interactive approach, both individually and collectively.
Development paths: serious games, customized LMS, coaching and recommendations.

We chose to work with Omind because of their innovative, high-impact pedagogy, perfectly adapted to the digital format. After Covid, we moved to a hybrid model with face-to-face courses, but also autonomous online courses, and we needed a solution that met these new needs.
Our aim was to prepare students for the professional world by helping them better manage their time and develop their sense of responsibility. At this stage, many are still unaware of the importance of people skills in their future careers.
Omind stood out for its innovative approach based on neuroscience, game-based teaching and concrete results.
Working with Omind’s team has been very rewarding. Always listening and available, they were able to adapt and continuously improve the training to meet our specific needs.
The methods used (immersive games, e-learning modules, masterclasses), supported by neuroscience, have brought a real dynamic to the program. They make learning both engaging and empowering. Students become actors within their own learning process, free to progress at their own pace, and to continue or pause as they see fit. It’s an approach that clearly sets us apart from more conventional training courses.
The program has had a very positive impact on our students. Thanks to Nicolas’ attentive monitoring and rigorous assessment, we were able to observe their progress throughout the course.

Absolutely. I wasn’t expecting such clear-cut developments. The data provided by Omind is quantified, precise, and clearly shows the program impact. We can really measure the students’ progress objectively, whether in terms of self-awareness, well-being or commitment. This has enabled us to track their progress objectively and evaluate the effectiveness of the training in a very concrete way.
