What are Omind bootcamps?

Omind bootcamps are immersive workshops that combine neuroscience, collaborative games and virtual reality to develop collective intelligence, decision-making, energy management and leadership in situations of uncertainty.

Our bootcamps focus on soft skills such as agility, resilience, collaboration and uncertainty management, using science-based methods for measurable results.

These are cross-functional skills used by managers, executives and employees in all their missions. Soft skills give everyone the tools they need to adapt and become active players in their daily work lives.

During Omind bootcamps, results are measured in real time using immersive virtual reality experiences and serious games. These experiences capture behavioral and declarative data. At the end, each participant receives a personalized report, and HR has access to a dashboard with anonymized data on individual and collective performance.

Our bootcamps are designed for groups of 10 to 100 participants, depending on your needs, to guarantee an immersive experience and personalized support.
