HEC trains students on the human skills that are essential for professional success

HEC Paris called on Omind to design a course focusing on the human skills that are essential for employability: stress management, creativity, empathy, negotiation and decision-making. By choosing neuroscience and gaming, the school wanted to energize its program and better prepare its students for future challenges.

Context

HEC Paris asked Omind to offer students a development program focusing on human skills (stress and emotion management, decision-making, creativity, empathy, negotiation), considered to be one of the key levers for employability ¹.

The program had a twofold objective: help students get to know each other better and improve their well-beingwhile preparing them for the complex professional challenges of today and tomorrow ² .

Why did you choose Omind? What were HEC's main expectations for this program?

We chose to work with Omind because of their innovative, high-impact pedagogy, perfectly adapted to the digital format. After Covid, we moved to a hybrid model with face-to-face courses, but also autonomous online courses, and we needed a solution that met these new needs.

Our aim was to prepare students for the professional world by helping them better manage their time and develop their sense of responsibility. At this stage, many are still unaware of the importance of people skills in their future careers.

Omind stood out for its innovative approach based on neuroscience, game-based teaching and concrete results.
