After our first impact study on executive performance and mental health (2021), we are continuing with a barometer on the related evolution of behavioral competencies and indicators of motivation and well-being indicators since 2020.
In this study, we analyzed the scientific data of 355 individuals from homogeneous samples of our research database. This database consolidates, in a totally anonymized way, the data of people supported by the self-diagnosis modules and the managerial and behavioral skills development programs.
