How does your assessment method guarantee objective measurement?

Our assessment method combines subjective measures (self-evaluation questionnaires) and objective measures (behavioral measures via serious games used in research). These games reproduce unconscious neuronal mechanisms, providing a reliable assessment. Our R&D department, in collaboration with research laboratories, carries out regular analyses to guarantee data objectivity.

We have a database of over 7,000 talents, kept anonymously for 20 years in compliance with the RGPD. This enables us to carry out statistical analyses on specific populations (managers, executives, young talent, etc.) and refine our measurements. This vast database, rare in research, facilitates relevant comparisons and the identification of training needs.

At the end of each program, we carry out an impact measurement to enable talents to see how their skills have evolved. All skills assessed can be developed and if the program is fully completed (which is the case thanks to our 100% completion rate), the results are visible at this final assessment.

Our solutions are deployed via our online platform (my.omind.me), which centralizes and automates all stages of the employee journey. To deploy the solution, all you have to do is provide us with the contact details of your employees, and we’ll take care of everything else (onboarding, making appointments, reminders, etc.).

We apply a strict data confidentiality policy. Only authorized persons have access to information, thanks to rigorous control of rights and access. Data is pseudonymized before processing, ensuring that only the employee’s coach has access to it. All Omind employees and subcontractors with access to personal data sign a confidentiality and best practice agreement.
