Program

Phase 1 (3.5h online / asynchronous over 10 days)

  • Climb aboard your platform and define your objectives to personalize your program (15′)
  • Measure your reactions to 12 skills in gamified situations (60′)
  • Guided reading of your data report by elearning / films (60′)
  • Appointment with the trainer for a personalized analysis (60′)
  • 1 personalized training module (15′)

Phase 2 (7h or 1 day in-class)

  • Emotional intelligence & management: insights based on analysis of anonymized group data and sharing of real-life situations.
  • One-to-one management: theory (motivation, listening, emotions), techniques and case-based training.
  • Team management: theory (motivation, empathy, emotions), techniques and practical case studies.

Phase 3: anchoring in daily life (3h30 online / asynchronous over 3 weeks)

  • Realization of an authentic personal management plan at 1 week / 1 month / 1 year according to the trainer’s guided guidelines (60′).
  • 4 personalized training modules (60′).
  • Appointment with your trainer (60′) for your personal program follow-up.
  • Program impact measurement and progress report (30′).
