Phase 1 (3h30 online / asynchronous over 10 days)

  • Climb aboard your platform and define your objectives to personalize your program (15′)
  • Measure your reactions to 12 skills in gamified situations (60′)
  • Guided reading of your data report by elearning / films (60′)
  • Appointment with the trainer for a personalized analysis (60′)
  • 1 personalized training module linked to your program objective (15′)

Phase 2 (7h, i.e. 1 collective day of face-to-face training)

  1. Understanding the relationship between emotions, stress and time management: insights from analysis of anonymized group data and sharing ;
  2. Dealing with stress and emotions: virtual reality experience, theory, techniques, training and cross-coaching application in everyday life;
  3. Master your organization: theory based on a film extract, techniques and application to practical cases.

Phase 3: anchoring in daily life (3h30 online / asynchronous over 3 weeks)

  • Creation of a personal organization plan for 1 week / 1 month / 1 year based on the trainer’s guided guidelines (60′)
  • 4 personalized training modules linked to your program objective (60′)
  • Appointment with your trainer (60′) for your personal program follow-up
  • Program impact measurement and progress report (30′)
