The emergence of a team

‘Over the course of this multi-faceted programme, we have seen the emergence of a team driven by a common objective, a shared energy and an awareness of its available resources. A promising turning point in the face of corporate transformation’.

Agnès Grisard, Executive Coach – AN DANTE

Raising individual and collective awareness

‘I learnt a lot, both about myself and about the team. About myself, because it’s quite rare to have such in-depth data about oneself, with the added bonus of qualitative support from a professional coach. Then, by putting it into perspective collectively with the other members of the management team, we were able to think about the best way to capitalise on this data so that we could make our future projects a reality.’
