Phase 1: Introduction to neuroscience and its practical applications (7h online)

Discovering neuroscience
- History and definition of neuroscience
- The potential of neuroscience applied to various HR functions (organization, inter- and intra-team relations, training, etc.).
Understand for yourself: map your skills with Omind tools to develop the keys to your performance

Phase 2: Motivating and developing talent and teams (1 day face-to-face)

Master the key neuroscientific determinants of motivation

Phase 3: Leading change and building impactful teaching methods (1 day face-to-face)
