Program

Phase 1: Introduction to neuroscience and its practical applications (7h online)

  • Discovering neuroscience
    • History and definition of neuroscience
    • The potential of neuroscience applied to various HR functions (organization, inter- and intra-team relations, training, etc.).
  • Understand for yourself: map your skills with Omind tools to develop the keys to your performance
  • Apply to yourself:
    • Learning to learn
    • Understanding the challenges of motivation
    • The neuroscience of change

Phase 2: Motivating and developing talent and teams (1 day face-to-face)

  • Master the key neuroscientific determinants of motivation
  • Identify objective group differences
  • Apply to talent policy by population and diversity & inclusion
  • Understand the human skills that have a proven impact on collective intelligence and management
  • Case studies and sharing of techniques applied to new management practices

Phase 3: Leading change and building impactful teaching methods (1 day face-to-face)

  • Understand the fundamentals of reactions to change and uncertainty (based on a virtual reality experience)
  • Apply to HR transformation
  • Identify talents and their development potential (based on anonymized Group data)
  • Master the neuroscientific keys to creating optimal learning conditions in your training courses
  • Case studies and sharing practices

  • Personal data report to take stock of your skills
  • E-learning to familiarize yourself with the skills assessed
