The Seyna team recently called on Omind’s expertise to deliver an interactive 60-minute neuroscience conference for a panel of insurance industry experts. The goal was to unpack the decision-making mechanisms behind insurance customers’ choices and share neuroscience-driven best practices for sales. The event was designed to give professionals concrete, actionable insights to optimize their commercial approach.
In a constantly evolving industry, understanding the cognitive biases and psychological factors that influence customer decisions has become essential. To address this challenge, Seyna asked Omind to host an interactive session bringing together experts from across the field.
Using a neuroscience-based approach, we highlighted the key influence levers and best practices to improve the effectiveness of sales strategies and strengthen the customer experience.
During this 60-minute interactive neuroscience session, we explored the cognitive and emotional mechanisms that influence insurance-related decisions. Through scientific insights, practical examples, and interactive quizzes, participants discovered how emotions shape the decision-making process, and how to implement effective professional routines to better guide and support their clients.

We chose to work with Omind because of their innovative, high-impact pedagogy, perfectly adapted to the digital format. After Covid, we moved to a hybrid model with face-to-face courses, but also autonomous online courses, and we needed a solution that met these new needs.
Our aim was to prepare students for the professional world by helping them better manage their time and develop their sense of responsibility. At this stage, many are still unaware of the importance of people skills in their future careers.
Omind stood out for its innovative approach based on neuroscience, game-based teaching and concrete results.
Working with Omind’s team has been very rewarding. Always listening and available, they were able to adapt and continuously improve the training to meet our specific needs.
The methods used (immersive games, e-learning modules, masterclasses), supported by neuroscience, have brought a real dynamic to the program. They make learning both engaging and empowering. Students become actors within their own learning process, free to progress at their own pace, and to continue or pause as they see fit. It’s an approach that clearly sets us apart from more conventional training courses.
The program has had a very positive impact on our students. Thanks to Nicolas’ attentive monitoring and rigorous assessment, we were able to observe their progress throughout the course.
