Augmented Coaching & Collective Intelligence

We implemented a 100-day augmented coaching journey combining virtual reality, individual coaching, and e-learning. This approach was reinforced by two experiential bootcamps focused on AI-driven innovation and strengthening the executive committee’s collective intelligence. An immersive and strategic program designed to anchor new managerial practices in a lasting way.

Why did you choose Omind? What were HEC's main expectations for this program?

We chose to work with Omind because of their innovative, high-impact pedagogy, perfectly adapted to the digital format. After Covid, we moved to a hybrid model with face-to-face courses, but also autonomous online courses, and we needed a solution that met these new needs.

Our aim was to prepare students for the professional world by helping them better manage their time and develop their sense of responsibility. At this stage, many are still unaware of the importance of people skills in their future careers.
