The strategic diagnostic helps identify the key behaviors to shift within a target population (managers, talent, decision-makers).

It is based on:

– An immersive, science-based assessment (games + questionnaires) to evaluate 18 performance-related behaviors

– An aggregated analysis of results (perception gaps, key strengths, collective barriers)

– A strategic brief and actionable recommendations to guide your transformation plans

All results are accessible via an interactive platform and can be followed by activation bootcamps.

The programs are co-designed with your teams based on your frameworks, cultural context, and strategic populations. They combine individual coaching, immersive collective experiences, dedicated support from our Customer Success team, and impact measurement.

We offer proven formats for first-time managers, experienced managers, women in leadership, cross-functional talent, and decision-makers. Each program is tailored to your organization’s challenges, leadership maturity, and transformation strategy.

The strategic diagnostic takes approximately 1.5 months. Tailored programs run from 1 to 6 months depending on your goals. Some ready-to-use experiential modules last from half a day to a day and a half.
