The context
- Salesforce is a company renowned for its advanced customer relationship management solutions. It is also a leader in terms of quality of working life, as demonstrated by its first place in the Great Place to Work Institute’s Best Workplaces France 2021 ranking.
- Over the past 20 years, Salesforce has experienced hyper-growth, raising the stakes tenfold in terms of leadership and team support. The health crisis has also shaken individuals at every level, making it necessary for everyone to focus on mobilizing and recharging their energy resources. In this context, the company decided to propose an innovative experience to its French Executive Committee, led by a partnership between Omind Neurotechnologies and Latitude45.

13 members of the executive committee took individual cognitive and emotional assessments using serious games in virtual reality to identify their resources and levers for action.
At the end of the assessment, each person had a one-to-one talk with an Omind psychologist and a Latitude45 coach to set up a personal development plan.
Based on the data collected, two collective training sessions were organized for all members of the executive committee, using group exercises and techniques derived from neuroscience to promote communication and team bonding, and to learn how to better manage stress and energy.
